Service Description
The population of women in prison in the United States has skyrocketed since the 1960's and 1970's. These women have exceptionally high needs for women's health care and are trauma survivors. Providing CrMS to them would give them a relationship with a CrMS practitioner and a role in maintaining their own health. The practitioner can help identfy the women who need medical intervention for their healing process. Appoinments and emails from participants who would like to support this work or assist in the problem solving necessary to offer CrMS in the first prisons are welcome here.
